Cooking Tips: Saving Wine

If you're not a wine drinker, but like cooking with it, you've probably ended up throwing out most of a bottle when you need just a bit for a recipe. To save this wine for future use, freeze it in ice cube trays. Once the wine is frozen, take it out of the trays and store it in a freezer bag.
