Cooking Tips: Soft or crisp cookies?
For soft chocolate chip cookies, bake at 325 degrees F until golden brown. For crisper cookies, bake the same dough at 350 degrees F (again until golden brown). Cookies made with corn oil or corn oil margarine are softer than cookies made with butter or other types of margarines.
