1 (14oz) can cream corn
1 (8 oz) packeage cream cheese (softened)
1 small onion (diced)
1 small diced chile pepper (optional)
1 can french fried onions

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in casserole except fried onions. Fold half on fried onions into mixture. Bake for 15 minutes. Cover with rest of fried onions and bake another 15 min. Let sit 3 min before serving.
