Easy sweet & sour pork



This recipe is one of the easiest I have ever fixed.

Ingredients:
Left over cooked pork chops boned.
One onion
Carrots
Canned tomatoes
Pineapple chunks
Sweet & sour sauce

Directions:
Cut pork into cubes, then cut your onion into medium size squares. Cut carrots into very fine strips so that they will cook faster.

Saute your pork, onion and carrots together in a big skillet until tender. Add 1 can of tomato halves
partially drained. Don't drain all of the juice from the tomatoes. Use some of it to finish cooking the pork and vegetables.

After you cook the vegetables add your drained pineapple chunks. Add sweet&sour sauce from a 10 oz. jar
after the carrots get done. Cook until thickened and hot. Serve with rice this completes the whole
meal. Delicious! Serve with rice
