16 small green olives (stuffed with pimento), sliced
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1/3 cup oats, uncooked
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Spread mix in a lightly greased loaf pan (9x5x3 inches). Spread the remaining tomato sauce over the top of the loaf. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours.
