Chicken flavor ( inside ichiban)
Bean sprouts
Chopped Cabbage
Sunflower seeds
Chow mein Noodles
Ichiban noodles

sealable tuperware bowl and add
ichiban noodle flavor pack and sugar also.
Seal container and shake, set aside.
Put all other ingredients into a salad bowl and mix well together. Imediately before serving, shake dressing vigoriously once more and drench over salad.
