8-10 potatoes peeled and sliced
1 can corn (with juice)
1 onion (chopped)
2 celery stalks (chopped)
3 cups chicken stock
1 cup milk
1 cup Velveeta (cubed)
1 cup Cheddar (shredded or cubed)
Salt & Pepper to taste
How to make this recipe:
Boil potatoes, corn (with the juice), onion, and celery in the chicken stock until potatoes are tender (20-30 minutes). Mash with potato masher. Add milk and cheeses. Salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to boil and serve. If soup is too thick, add more milk. PrepTime: 15 minutes
