3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tsp. ground cumin
3 tsp. ground paprika
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp.cayenne pepper

potatoes and oil and toss to coat. In small bowl, mix the
remaining ingredients except parsley. Add herb mixture
to potatoes and toss to coat. Transfer potatoes to large
roasting pan and arrange in single layer. Roast potatoes,
tuning occasionally with tongs, until tender, 50-60 minutes.
