| Ingredients: 3 cups buttermilk baking mix, such as Bisquick
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 cup orange juice
3 ounces, cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. orange marmalade

orange juice until a soft dough forms. Beat vigorously for 30
seconds. Transfer dough to countertop or surface that has been
sprinkled with baking mix. Roll the dough in baking mix to coat.
Shape into a ball. Knead 10 times. Roll out 1/2 inch thick. Cut
with a 1-1/2 inch cutter (or glass bottom) dipped in baking mix.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Mix cream cheese and marmalade.
Spoon about 1/2 tsp. cream cheese mixture onto the center of each
circle. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 8 minutes, or until golden brown.
