| This is definitely a family favorite - I get volunteered to make it at every family get together. It was invented by just throwing things together and ended up turning out great. Ingredients: 2 regular size bags colorful, spiral pasta
1 lb. block medium cheddar cheese, cut into 1/2 in. squares
1 package little smokies, cut into thirds
2 cans artichoke hearts, cut into desired size pieces
1 large bottle of Italian salad dressing (I have found Nalley's to taste best) Print me! Cool pasta by running cold water over it for several minutes. Put pasta in large bowl and mix in cut cheese, little smokies and artichoke hearts- mix well. Add a little over half of the dressing and mix well. Refrigerate - overnight preferred, but a few hours will do. Just before serving, add more dressing to taste. For any holidays, or just a family gathering. This serves a lot of people - I have a large family. If could easily be broken down to serve less.
