Spicy Smoked Sausage Cranberry Ragout

This is a great Party pleaser during winter and fall. My Aunt even used it at a small wedding. Spice things up using this dish and have a Louisiana Style Cajun Cook-off Party!

Ingredients:
2 TBS oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. Smoked Sausage chopped into quarter slices
2 cans Country Style Busch Baked Beans or Maple cured
1/2 cups Dried Cranberries
1/3 cup Whole berry Cranberry Sauce
1 or 2 teaspoons ground curry
1 teaspoon Chipotle sauce or red pepper
1 small can mild green chilis, drained
