Directions:
First make meatloaf: Take your ground meat in a bowl, put in the egg, add cheese, garlic powder, half a package of sazon, adobo, meat tenderizer, parsly, bread crumbs, seasoned salt, black pepper. Mix together.

Peel and cut potatoes in fourths and place in a long pan for the oven. In the middle should be your meatloaf long ways - almost resembling a log - and surrounded by potatoes all around the meat.

Cut carrots into small pieces and put on top of potatoes, then slice your onion and put all around on potatoes and carrots. Shake all seasonings, garlic powder, adobo, the other half of sazon, black pepper, seasoned salt, and parsley.

Pour water in pan to cover potatoes. (Don't worry if it loks lie too much water, it will soak up and the water makes it juicy.)

This is a fast home cooked dinner. After the preparation it basically cooks itself. Add all the seasonings to your liking. I hope you and your family enjoy it as much as mine!
