Lady Fingers Cream Cheese Cake



Cream cheese and lady fingers, with fruit topping

Ingredients:
4 Pkgs. Lady Fingers
1 Pint All purpose whipping cream
2-8 oz. Pkgs. Cream cheese, softened
2 Tsp. Vanilla
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Can Pie filling (strawberry, blueberry, pineapple, or any desired fruit flavor.

Directions:
Whip cream in bowl with electric mixer until thick. Set aside.
Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar in separate bowl on low speed with electric mixer, till combined. Fold whipped cream into creamed cheese mixture.

Line 9 or 10" springform pan with ladyfingers. Layer on bottom of pan and around side of pan.
Pour in some cream cheese mixture. Make layer of lady fingers on top of cream cheese.
Make another layer of lady fingers and cream cheese.
Refrigerate overnight. A few hours before serving, add fruit topping.


Good holiday dessert, can use fruit to suit season.

Prep time: 1/2 hour. Refrigerate overnight.

Serves 8-10
