4-5 boiled Potatoes, mashed with butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 can creamed corn
1 can peas and carrots mixed,drained

Brown ground beef and onion until well done; drain fat.
Add all ingredients except mashed potatoes to the ground beef. Place ground beef mixture into cooked pie crust. Place mashed potatoes on top of ground beef and cover evenly.
Bake in a 350 degree oven until potatoes begin to brown. There may be extra filling mixture; this is good heated up the next day for lunch.
