Banana Bread

This is the best low-fat banana bread recipe I have ever tried. Very moist and tasty!

Ingredients:
6 very ripe bananas
1 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
cinnamon to taste

Directions:
In one bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, blending until well mixed.

In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients until well blended and add to the bananas. Mix these thoroughly. Pour this into a 9 x 13 glass baking dish (no need to spray) or a regular loaf pan (spray a THIN coat of baking spray).

Bake at 350 degees for 1 hour. Enjoy!

Prep time: 10 - 15 min.
