Directions:
Inject Iron City Beer Into a 22# Turkey, Season with Cajun Seasoning.

Heat oil to 450 degrees. The turkey will bring the temp down to 350 degrees, which is the cooking temp cook 3.5 min per pound. Deep Fry the turkey for about 70 minutes.
