Country Chicken Supper



A wonderful mix of vegtables and chicken

Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of carrots
1 can of green beans
1 medium potato
1 cup of rice
2 cups of water
1 tablespoon of oil
2 cups of cheese

Directions:
Place oil in skillet and heat. Add chicken and brown. Next add tomatoes with the liquid from the can. Add drained carrots and green beans. Next add diced potato and rice. Add 2 cups of water and salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer untill the rice and potatoes are done. Aproximately 30 minutes. Add 2 cups of cheese to top and wait 5 minutes and serve.


Great for busy families.

Prep time: 15 minutes

Serves 6
