Directions:
Wash chicken thoroughly. Place chicken in a deep poultry roasting pan. Season with garlic, alt, pepper and Accent seasoning powder.

Place red bell peppers around chicken in the pan. This will enhance the aroma and flavor of the dish once its starts letting its flavor out.

Place chicken in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Take the pan out and start buttering
the chicken's skin carefully, then carefully pour the cola over the chicken. Sprinkle the oregano
and place back in the oven. Make sure you squirt soy sauce on the chicken every 7 minutes for the next 40 minutes.

Once chicken is done and golden brown, take it out of the oven. Let it cool a little and serve with
wild rice and honey baked sweet potatoes. Serve with wild rice and honey baked sweet potatoes.
