4 boiled eggs
1-1/2 cups Miracle Whip
1/2 cup yellow mustard (but,honey mustard can add a little zing to the flavor)

Cook until potatoes are soft. Drain watered potatoes and boiled eggs into strainer. Spoon out bolied eggs into bowl of cool water.
Peel eggs after cooled and slice/dice for mixing into potatoes. Put potatoes and eggs into serving bowl along with miracle whip, mustard, pickle relish. Mix gently and refrigerate for one hour.
