Recipe: Spinach & cheese




Baked spinach with cheese


Ingredients:
2 10-ounce packages of frozen
spinach
24-ounce package of cottage cheese
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 16-ounce package of favorite cheese or more (shredded)
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs

How to make this recipe:
Let spinach thaw, then drain. Put it into a bowl and add the cottage cheese, eggs, butter and flour. Mix well. Place into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven and add shredded cheese on top. Notes: This is a great way to disguise veggies for your kids - they'll eat anything with cheese!

Prep time: 40-45 minutes

Serves 2-4
