Ingredients: 1 unbaked piecrust shell
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons corn starch
1 cup water
few drops red food color

Directions: Bake pie crust and let cool. Wash strawberries and put in pie crust. To make glaze: Stir water into corn starch gradually. Add food color and sugar. Cook over medium heat until glazed.
Pour glaze over strawberries. Let cool. Top with Cool Whip.
