| This is a very tasty dish. It is very easy and quick to prepare (although does need 1 hour cook time in oven). It freezes well so can be cooked well in advance. It's great for when you're having company, it also accompanies grilled meats very well. Ingredients: 1-26 oz. package frozen, shredded hash browns
1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) melted butter
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 small bunch diced green onions
