2 tablespoons lemon juice

Place eggs into a shallow dish or pie pan. Dip fish into beaten egg, then into bread crumbs.
Place coated fish in a shallow baking pan. Blend melted butter and lemon. Drizzle over fish.
Bake at 475 degrees until golden brown and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with baked or fried French Fries and the fresh lemon wedges.
