Don't Shake the Lemon Basil Chicken

Easy and delicious.

Ingredients:
2 large Chicken Breasts - skinless and boneless with all fat cut off (cut each breast in half)
1 rounded Tbl. Granulated Chicken Bouillon
1/2 tsp dried Basil
1/4 cup water
2 Tbl. (bottled) Lemon Juice: VERY IMPORTANT, do NOT shake-up the bottle. Just measure lemon juice without shaking the bottle!

Directions:
Wash and cut chicken breasts. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients mixing well.

Place chicken in shallow baking dish, pour liquid mixture over chicken and cook 350 for 30 minutes.

You can chop a tomato and put over chicken the last 2 minutes of cooking. (Optional) Serve with Boiled red potatoes, cold veggie sticks, hot buttered rolls

I have tried to double this recipe but it loses something in the process. For more people, I measure and mix ingredients in separate small bowls and
cook in multiple small baking dishes, increasing baking time by 10 minutes.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Serves 2 adults
