3 tablespoons olive oil
1 can 15-oz. artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced thinly
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup red wine

Transfer chicken to a shallow casserole and arrange artichokes in between. set aside. To same pan add mushrooms and saute. Stir flour into mushrooms and cook 1 minute; then add broth, wine and rosemary. Cook and stir until thickened. Pour sauce evenly
over chicken and artichokes.
Cover and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Arrange servings on individual plates, including a chicken breast, artichokes and some sauce.
