Cook an additional 7-9 minutes or until cooked through. Remove chops from pan.
While pan is still hot, deglaze pan with half of the chicken broth. Add vinegar and spices and the rest of the chicken broth. Boil until reduced by half. Spoon sauce over chops and serve. I serve these with cheesy au gratin potatoes and green beans.
