| Very moist - almost like a pudding cake Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter (room temp)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 cup walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons cocoa
pinch salt
ICING
2 tablespoons butter (room temp)
2 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons boiling water
1 cup icing sugar

Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in flour. Stir in walnuts, cocoa, salt.
Spread in buttered and floured 8 inch cake pan. Bake 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
In a bowl, combine icing ingredients. Pour icing over cake as soon as it comes out of the oven. The icing should sink through the cake. Notes: My kids love this cake just out of the oven.
