| This is sooo good and it makes a lot. I freeze leftovers in those disposable baking pans for future dinners. Usually I forget to set it down to thaw so I just put in oven and bake at 350 for about 90 minutes. Ingredients: 8 cups cooked and chopped chicken
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped green pepper
4 cans cream soup -- your choice
1 pint half and half
2 small cans sliced mushrooms
2 6 oz boxes wild rice (6-8 cups of rice)

Mix the soups, half and half, mushrooms and chicken. Prepare the rice according to package directions. Add to chicken mixture. Add the sautéed
veggies and mix well.
