| This is a delicious tasty recipe, easy to prepare and serve. Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in thin 1/2-inch strips
3 tablespoons butter
1 small can frozen orange juice concentrate, defrosted
1 10-oz. pkg. frozen peas
1/2 cup white wine or chicken br;oth
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup toasted almon slices

Add orange juice concentrate, wine and peas. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
If desired, prepare a 5-oz. packet of Mahatma Saffron yellow Rice to serve with chicken.
Spoon chicken onto four dinner plates; sprinkle with toasted almonds and garnish with sprigs of parsley. Usually I serve this recipe with the Saffron Rice, a green salad and hot crispy rolls.
