2-3 green chili peppers (jalapeno or serrano
1/2 bunch of cilantro
1 clove garlic
1/2 white onion, chopped very finely
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin (optional)
Hot sauce to taste

2. Blend the tomatoes separately (blending tomatoes and cilantro together will turn the tomatoes a rusty color) and add to the bowl.
3. Add chopped onion to the bowl, along with the remaining ingredients.
4. Chill for several hours before serving, so the flavors have a chance to meld.
