| Quick and easy main dish for anytime! Ingredients: 6 bone-in center cut pork chops
2 cans Crushed pineapple w/juice

Pour both cans of pineapple over chops, including juice. Cover and reduce heat to medium/low. Simmer for 20-30 minutes depending on the thickness of the chops.
Move all the chops to one side of the pan, and add about 1/2 cup hot water. Turn heat up and let juices and water come to a boil. (you want at least 2 cups of liquid in the pan)Add minute rice, cover and remove from heat. Let sit about 10 minutes. Fluff rice and serve with chops. Serve with tossed greens.
