Directions: Empty black beans into a casserole dish. Mash just slightly. Add chopped onions and cheese. Mix a can of refried beans to the mixture and stir. Bake mixture for about 15 minutes at 325. Serve with nachos or tortilla chips or corn chips. My husband likes to add salsa to this dish when he makes it. :O)
