| Ingredients: 3 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
cherry pie filling

Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Line muffin tins with paper cupcake liners. Fill each muffin tin half full with the cream cheese batter. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 40 minutes. Do not brown. Mix sour cream and sugar. Top each cupcake with the sour cream mixture. Spoon a small amount of the cherry pie filling on each cupcake. Put the cupcakes back in the oven for 5 minutes at 300 degrees. Refrigerate.
