In a pan put two spoons of veg. oil and heat it then add mustard seeds, ginger pieces, two chopped green chilies and one cup of chopped onions.
After onion becomes brown add two cups of water to this and add a half teaspoon of salt to this water. When the water boils, add the semolina and then stir constantly over low heat for several minutes. Serve.
