| Hamburger and rice meatballs
Ingredients: 1 to 2 pounds lean hamburger (depending on your family size)
1 1/2 to 2 1/2 cups of Minute Rice (depending on the amount of hamburger used)
salt and pepper (to taste)
tomato sauce
onion (optional)

Once combined roll the mixture into 1-inch in diameter balls.
Place in a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
