Spread cream cheese evenly in bottom of plate. Pour can of chili with no beans on top of cream cheese and sprinkle grated cheddar on top.
Microwave on high power until cheese is melted and is bubbly (about 4 minutes). Serve with tortilla chips. Prep time: 5 minutes Serves 10-12 as appetizer; 6 for lunch Can be made lower in fat by using low fat/no fat cream cheese.
