Korean Flank Steak



Good dish to be served hot or cold.

Ingredients:
1 piece of flank steak, approx. 1-1/2 pounds, scored on both sides to tenderize
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 large clove of garlic, minced
3 stalks of green onion, finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups flour

Directions:
Cut steak into strips, with the grain. Marinate in well-mixed sugar/soy sauce/garlic mixture for 30 minutes or more. Coat with flour and dip into beaten egg and green onions.

Fry in hot oil until browned. Serve hot or cold. I like to serve this dish with rice.


Preparation time: 15-20 minutes

Serves 4-6
