Ingredients: 6 large navel oranges
Fresh or canned yams: enough to fill 3-4 oranges
Brown sugar: to taste
Butter: to taste

Reserve fruit in mixing bowl.
Mix yams, brown sugar, butter and salt. Fold in reserved fruit and mix together.
Spoon mixture into orange halves and top with mini-marshmellows.
Bake in medium oven to heat thoroughly and brown marshmellows.
Note: If canned yams are used, cut time in oven by heating yams with butter, sugar, and salt before mashing and stuffing oranges. Serve individually or on a platter.
