1-1/2 cups of milk
3/4 cup of water

Fill a can with Minute Rice (or about 1-1/2 cups), and pour into pan. Pour a can of milk into pan and stir well. Pour 3/4 cup water into pan and stir again. Add seasonings and put into the oven, covered, for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, take it out and uncover, and place chow mein noodles on the top. Put it back into the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional for 15 minutes. Before serving, let it cool down. serve with vegetables.
