2 cloves garlic - minced
1 cup ready to serve chicken broth
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 pound small new potatoes - thinly sliced (3 cups)
2 medium carrots cut into 2 x 1/4-inch strips

Add chicken and cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to medium low and add the mushrooms and garlic. Cook until the mushrooms are lightly browned, stirring frequently. Stir in broth, Worcestershire sauce, basil, marjoram and pepper and bring the mixture to boil over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and carrots and reduce heat to medium low. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender. Stir in green onions.
