The longer you marinate, the more flavor the chicken will have.
Heat olive oil in large frying pan. Cook chicken in batches until brown outside and no longer pink inside, set aside. Add more oil sparingly as needed. Reserve marinade.
Scrape brown bits from bottom of pan and add marinade to pan, heat through to create sauce. Pour sauce over chicken right before serving.
