Chicken with White Worcestershire Sauce



Chicken marinated in a white worcestershire sauce.

Ingredients:
2 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - slightly thinned and cut into pieces.
1 Bottle White Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoons Tarragon - or to taste
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Directions:
Marinate chicken in refrigerator with 1/2 to 2/3 bottle of white worcestershire sauce and approx. 1 tbsp. of tarragon for at least 2 hours. The longer you marinate, the more flavor the chicken will have.

Heat olive oil in large frying pan. Cook chicken in batches until brown outside and no longer pink inside, set aside. Add more oil sparingly as needed. Reserve marinade.

Scrape brown bits from bottom of pan and add marinade to pan, heat through to create sauce. Pour sauce over chicken right before serving.


Serves 4
