| Wonderful! You won't believe the flavor! Hamburgers with Monterey Jack hidden inside!
This recipe is designed for freezing. If you aren't freezing this, just follows the directions shown for cooking. Ingredients: 1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or regular pepper)
4 thin slices Monterey Jack cheese

Sprinkle onion salt and black pepper over them. Place a slice of cheese on four of the patties. Cover each with another patty, pinching to seal cheese inside. Freeze in a 1 gallon freezer bag with waxed paper between each set of patties. (You can also freeze your buns so that you will have your complete meal at hand).
To serve, thaw patties and buns.
