Bring to boil and add chicken pieces. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Turn chicken pieces and simmer covered for about 20 minutes more or until chicken is cooked through and through. Usually, I cook it until it is almost off the bone.
Serve over spinach or egg noodles or freeze.
To Freeze: Cool chicken and sauce. Pour into gallon freezer ziploc and freeze flat. To prepare, thaw chicken and sauce; put in a large skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until bubbly.
