Chicken Picata



Family variation on real chicken Picata. Dads and kids love the taste and Mom loves how easy it is.

Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 stick butter
2 tsp. chicken bouillon (best is better than bouillon chicken paste)
water

Directions:
Fillet chicken breasts. In one bowl, beat eggs, in another bowl mix flour with paprika and garlic. Coat chicken pieces with egg then dredge in flour.

Melt butter in pan, cook chicken over low heat until brown. Add 1/2 cup to 3/4 cups water, depending on how rich you want it, and bouillon. Cover and cook 20 min. Turn off heat and squeeze lemon juice over chicken. Serve with rice or noodles and vegetable. Enjoy!
