| These brownies are very fudgy and incredibly rich. The trick is cooking them only for 17 minutes and letting them harden in the refrigerator. Ingredients: 2 sticks unsalted butter - melted
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
4 packages of unsweetened baking chocolate
2 t vanilla
1 cup flour
2 cups of chocolate chips Print me! Add in baking chocolate and vanilla. Mix in flour slowly then mix in chocolate chips.
Bake in a greased 9x13 pan for 17 minutes at 350 degrees. They should not look cooked when you take them out of the oven.
Let them sit for an hour until room temperature and then refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut and serve. Serving suggestion: A little vanilla ice cream is always good.
