Recipe: Fudge Truffle Cheesecake




Very delicious, VERY Rich! Wonderful on those real "craving" days!


Ingredients:
Chocolate Crumb Crust:
1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

Filling:
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
3 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla


How to make this recipe:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

FOR CRUST:
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients in the above crust list. Firmly press into bottom om 9" springform pan.

Preparation:
Carefully melt chocolate chips in microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir and microwave a few seconds longer and stir again until melted. Careful not to burn! In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add melted chips and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into prepared crust.

Bake 60-70 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
