Ingredients: 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken
3 lbs. canned great northern beans
1 tbls. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 medium onions, chopped
4 1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. ground oregano
2-4oz. cans mild green chiles ,chopped
4 cups canned chicken broth
2o oz. Monterey jack cheese

Add chicken, beans, stock, and 12 oz. of cheese. Cook about 20 minutes more. Top with a dollop of sour cream and a little more cheese. Serve with tortilla chips or crusty bread and a salad. Note: I bought Lucks brand seasoned beans by mistake. I actually preferred them -- they are thicker and add a good flavor.
