1/2 cup prepared mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Rol chicken one piece at a time, making sure it is well coated. Place in a baking dish; pour rest of mix over chicken.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until chicken is fork tender. Great with scalloped potatoes or rice.
