l can College In Beef Broth
Crisco
Msg
Salt
Pepper
l small can mushrooms

Sprinkle with msg, salt and pepper. Add l-l/2 cups beef broth, onion mix and mushrooms. Cook in pressure cooker, 45 min. using l0 lb. pressure. Cool 5 min. under faucet. Put roast on platter and keep warm.
Mix 3 heaping teaspoons flour to 3/4 cup cold water, add to broth to make gravy. Simmer 'til thick.
Serve gravy over sliced beef, mashed potatoes (I like red potatoes) accompanied by steamed your choice of vegetable. Enjoy!
