one can - 15 oz. of diced tomatoes
one can - 15 oz. light red kidney beans, drained
1 large can - 28 oz. tomato sauce
1 1/4 tbs chili powder

(I use deer meat in the winter - yummy). Add chili powder and a little salt and pepper. Pour in tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Add kidney beans. Let simmer for about 30 minutes.
Add a dash of hot sauce to spice up the meal! Serve with crackers or cornbread.
